The CDVi SPIR12 is a monitored symmetrical electric strike from the SP range, featuring a NO/NC door position contact through a latch switch. Constructed from Zamak for strength, its symmetrical reversible body suits left or right handed doors without separate models. The adjustable radial jaw provides flexibility during installation.

Operating in fail safe mode, the SPIR12 delivers 3250 N holding force and is tested to 300,000 cycles. A built-in MOV protects connected electronics from voltage spikes, and an integrated diode guards against back EMF. Supplied with a TG standard stainless steel faceplate.
