Door Entry Direct believes that its corporate social responsibility principles should permeate, wherever appropriate, into policies, work ethics and practices throughout the business.

We are determined not only to be a good employer, but a good neighbour, partner and supplier.

As a business we work with all our stakeholders including our employees, our customers, our suppliers and the community that surrounds us to ensure that any impact we make on the world is for the better.

   
 

how we work

the community we actively participate in projects aimed at supporting and developing the local community, whether these involve sponsoring individuals, events or with local and sometimes national charities.

We are currently supporting the Ealing Foodbank and St Mungos - a charity that supports ending homelessness and helps to rebuild lives.

 

the environment Door Entry Direct believe we have a responsibility to identify, manage and minimise any negative impact as effectively and efficiently as possible. We look at the products we use and the products that we recommend to our customer. We also carefully look at our consumption of materials, encouraging recycling rather than disposal. In addition, we offer homeworking for our staff, limiting our carbon footprint where possible.

We feel privileged to have a business that has grown primarily through reputation and we are very grateful to all of our customers for their continued support. We use Trust pilot as a customer feedback tool, and we are proud to achieve an industry leading number one ranking.

 

our team we want to provide a workplace where our employees feel encouraged, inspired, valued, supported and connected. Some of our staff are based in our head office in north west London, where we aim to provide a friendly and relaxed working environment. Our open plan office, which the Senior Management Team share, helps promote communication, collaboration and team spirit. In addition, we offer the option of homeworking to all our staff. All our staff are encouraged and funded to complete further education and training.

our suppliers our relationships with our suppliers are based on values of openness, honesty and integrity, and we choose industry leading suppliers that we believe will share our ethos. Companies that not only provide great products and solutions but also emphasise the quality of service. Door Entry Direct also seek suppliers that have a corporate social responsibility policy too.
