The MDK system has long been a favourite with installers of large door entry systems due it's large capacity, relatively simple cabling and full concierge facility. The system can manage up to 10,000 users and multiple main entrances without the need for switching devices. Secondary digital or functional entrances can also be added. Up to two concierge switchboards are easily incorporated using only three extra connections to the switchboard and just one extra pair to each monitor.

The versatility and the reliability of the MDK system is well known but it has only been available with a Domular Classic aluminium modular panel up until now. The recent development of a stainless steel VR version of the MDK panels (audio and video) which means it now meets all of our customers requirements incorporating a large blue backlit LCD display for improved visibilty, seperate trades button and is available with proximity reader cut-out if required.

In terms of size and design it's almost identical to the VR DigInox panels we introduced some months ago but with a different keypad configuration and of course with the tried and tested MDK electronics inside.

These new panel options for MDK systems bring it right up to the latest specification and allows us to top our range with a full concierge system capable of managing multiple blocks easily.
